Cinc Sentits puts a modern twist on Catalonia’s finest traditional dishes. The holder of one Michelin star, it was also named Barcelona’s number 1 restaurant by the Zagat Guide. Cinc Sentits works with small artisan producers from around Catalonia who provide the finest quality ingredients straight from source. The results are the excellent tasting menus created by the chef Jordi Artal, paired with the finest wines from a selection of the country’s 200 most important designations of origin.
The design of the recently refurbished dining room is inspired by the landscape of the village where Artal’s great-grandfather lived, near the wine-producing regions of Priorat and Montsant.
