The restaurant, with gastronomic director Guillem Oliva at the helm, serves cuisine based on top-quality produce and traditional recipes, skilfully brought up to date and, above all, well matched with wine.
The team of sommeliers, led by Isabel Brunet, co-founder of the project has developed a revolutionary digital wine list. A wine list which is easy to use, instructive and entertaining, allowing seamless access to its countless bottles and making the experience even more rewarding.
