Pur is transformed into a theatre for produce with the kitchen as the main stage. From the bar by the kitchen or from the table, diners can see each dish being prepared and witness a spectacular display of show cooking.
The culinary proposal is complemented by a cocktail bar on the lower level of the restaurant.
