于2004年法国大厨Romain Fornell开设的Caelis餐厅，1年之后便获得了米其林一星餐厅称号。 2017年Caelis餐厅迁入巴塞罗那Ohla酒店（Hotel Ohla Barcelona）。 餐厅选址的变迁成为了该餐厅美食的转折点也是新的篇章。菜品从传统走向创新。 被定义为大胆、激情与平衡相结合。 Caelis餐厅是一家赏味套餐餐厅。 此外每周三至周六中午，还提供中午Caelis套餐（42欧元），每周套餐内容都会进行改变。
餐厅被分成2个空间，一边是大厅可以接待24名食客，餐桌大小不一（最大提供8人座位）。 另一边是可以观看到厨房的“U”形大厨桌，配有高椅，可供14人就餐。
